Focus and Scope
Negotium Law Journal is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Negotium Publisher. The journal focuses on the development and advancement of legal scholarship through the publication of high-quality research articles and conceptual studies in the field of law. It is committed to promoting rigorous legal analysis of legal norms, doctrines, principles, and institutional practices within contemporary legal systems.
The journal primarily publishes scholarly works employing normative, normative-empirical, and legal policy analysis approaches, provided that law remains the central focus of the study. Contextual and interdisciplinary perspectives are welcomed insofar as they serve to enrich legal analysis without displacing the core legal framework.
The scope of Negotium Law Journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- Civil Law
- Business Law
- Administrative Law
- Criminal Law
- Islamic Law
Articles published in the journal are expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of legal science, regulatory reform, and the improvement of legal practice and law enforcement at the national and international levels, including within pluralistic and religious-based legal systems.
