Archiving Policy
Negotium Law Journal is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published scholarly content. To achieve this objective, the journal applies a digital archiving policy designed to guarantee permanent access to its publications.
All journal content is archived electronically using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform managed by the publisher. In addition, the journal supports the use of institutional repositories and other trusted digital archiving systems to ensure content preservation and accessibility in the event of technical failure, system disruption, or changes in journal management.
This archiving policy aims to:
- safeguard the integrity and authenticity of scholarly records;
- ensure continuous and long-term access to published articles;
- support transparency and sustainability in scholarly communication.
Through this policy, Negotium Law Journal ensures that all articles published in the journal will remain permanently accessible to readers, researchers, and the wider academic community as part of a reliable and responsible scholarly archive.
